2022-2023 Fiscal year is July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023
Annual Assessment for a 3/4 inch metered lot is $450.00.
Annual Assessment for a 1 inch metered lot is $535.00
Annual Assessment for lot that does not have a meter installed is $275.00
Annual Assessment for a metered lot is broken up into four payments and billed quarterly. Annual Assessment for a lot without a meter is billed once per year on July 1st. Please reference billing schedule to the left.

If you are connected to the water system you will be issued four bills through the course of the year – July 1st, October 1st , January 1st and April 1st. Connected shareholders may have additional charges billed beyond the amounts listed to the right depending upon their metered consumption. Meters are read quarterly.
